    • To provide profesional F&B basic operation to ensure guest service satisfaction and prompt action taken in accordance with company policy and rules regulation.
    • To provide profesional F&B guest service operation function to ensure guest service satisfaction and prompt action taken in accordance with company policy and rules regulation.
    • To provide profesional beverage service operation function to ensure guest service satisfaction and prompt action taken in accordance with company policy and rules regulation.
    • To provide profesional food service operation function to ensure guest service satisfaction and prompt action taken in accordance with company policy and rules regulation.
    • To provide profesional alcoholic beverage preparation to ensure guest service satisfaction and prompt action taken in accordance with company policy and rules regulation.

    Entry Requirements

    • 17 years of age and above, AND
    • PT3 OR SPM

    Assessment

    • Practical 70%
    • Theoretical 30%
